Chapter 26

• "How is she, Doc?" Blake asked Dr. Sally. We were at the hospital. I couldn't believe that Olivia would push me into the pool. What hurt me the most was that Kate was there and didn't do anything about it. I almost drowned and would have if Blake didn't save me. I was confused for a moment when I opened my eyes and saw Blake hovering over me but it didn't take me long to remember what happened before that.
• Blake had picked me up and took me to his car. He had one of the warriors drive while Lila sat in the passengers seat and Blake and I were in the back seat. He had me on his lap. I knew he was upset about the situation but he said nothing. He just held me and kept asking me how I felt. When we arrived at the hospital there was a nurse already waiting for us. They took us to the room where Dr. Sally was already waiting. Blake put me on the bed and Dr. Sally looked over me.
• "There was no damage done to her from this incident but I am still concerned about what we talked about earlier," Dr. sally said and that got my attention.
