Chapter 63
- Kaya's pov
- A small smile formed at the corner of my lips as my hand brushed over my belly. My eyes caught my own in the reflection of the bathroom mirror. And I couldn't stop smiling, just the mere thought of our pup was enough to fill me with a hint of joy. Plus Tyler was alive and he was okay so knowing that only made everything better.
- It had been a couple of days since everything happened. There's a constant fear nagging at me telling me to be cautious about the consequence. I've tried not to think about it and when Tyler is home I don't. But, lately, he's been distant which came off as a major shock to my wolf and me. We would think that with the pregnancy he'd want to be as close as possible.
