• A few days later Anna had gotten word that Ritual-X and Fight Core had finally settled on a merger and her friends would be arriving to start traveling with the show. It was the night of a televised event and Anna was sitting in the Dark Order locker room lacing up her ring boots.
• “Miss Gold, Chase wants to see you in his office,” the stagehand told her.
• “Is everything okay?” The man just shrugged and walked out, making Anna roll her eyes. “Thanks for the details.”
