• “No Derek. Don't reveal it to them,” I mumbled, shaking my head as I stared at him. He grabbed my hands and gently touched my cheek, and I shook my head, still adamant about my statement. I didn't want him to reveal that we're mates to them. I don't want anything to prevent my mom from getting married to Mr Walter. I'm not ready to make the announcement public yet.
