Chapter 24 Has She Really Changed?

• It was early in the morning when Zanvil woke up from his peaceful slumber. He looked at the love of his life who was sleeping peacefully on his chest. Her face was buried in his chest. He smiled and reached his hands to remove the few strands of hair which were covering her face. He was indeed very lucky to have her in his life. Everyday they thanked God for sending her in his life. He couldn't imagine his life without her and their children.
• Zanvil leaned forward and kissed her forehead softly before untangling himself from her. He was careful not to wake her up. After getting up and wrapped her with the soft blanket he headed straight to the washroom to get freshened up before making his way downstairs to make some breakfast for her. It was still early and he knew there were still a few hours before the kids woke up. When he entered the kitchen Rose was already there. She smiled at him before greeting him.
• "Good morning, Zanvil. Do you want something." Rose asked in a gentle tone while looking at him.
