• "Excuse me? Who are you? Are you looking for someone?" Asher looked up at the door swiftly when he heard a feminine voice from outside.
• "Uhm... Sorry, I got the wrong room," He recognised the voice immediately to be Amelia's but told himself that it wasn't possible. She was at home when he left earlier, so how could it be her?
• He had intended to stand up and go confirm but changed his mind when he looked down at Ashley who was sleeping peacefully on his lap. When he walked inside earlier, he had found her sleeping on the sofa uncomfortably and managed to put her head on his lap.
