Chapter 41

• Asher pulled over at the parking lot of the tall building, alighted from the car, and proceeded toward the building. He was cladded in black trousers and a short-sleeved button-down shirt. His arm looked perfectly fine like nothing ever happened to it, except for the bandage plastered on it.
• The cold air conditioner welcomed him inside as he strode majestically into the elevator which took him to the fifth floor, and as soon as he stepped out of the elevator, Lucas, who was waiting right outside for him, bowed.
• "Boss," Lucas muttered, but Asher strode past him and walked away.
