• "Grrrrrr!" Came the loud blaring sound of my alarm, pulling me forcefully from my deep slumber. I had set an alarm yesterday to wake me early so I could make breakfast as early as I could. I groaned tiredly as I reached for the table clock and switched it off.
• It took me another five minutes before I was finally able to pull myself from the bed, and after I washed my face in the bathroom, I left for the kitchen.
