Chapter 65

• Ariana grabbed her car keys and hugged Maya before she left the office. She got to her car and let out a sharp breath before she started the ignition and drove off, she had promised herself no matter what happened again that she was going to hear him out.
• She knew her absence and silence were hurting Benjamin and she hated it. Her house was not too far from Maya's company, just a few minutes drive.
• As she drove, Ariana's mind was racing. She felt a knot of anxiety forming in her stomach. But she had to try. She had to at least try to make things right. When she pulled up to the house, she took a deep breath, got out of the car, and walked into the house. She met the housekeeper who bowed and greeted her, she responded with a smile on her face and headed towards their room.
