Chapter 32

• The sun was shining brightly, and a gentle breeze was blowing, Jason's car pulled up at his parent's mansion, and Maya felt a wave of nerves wash over her, the mansion had a new look from that of five years ago, it was looking more colorful as she could notice that all the building were renovated and repainted. She took a deep breath, determined to do this head-on. Jason got out of the car first as he noticed that one of his bodyguards was about to open the door for Maya, he waved him off as he wanted to do it himself, and he opened the car like a true gentleman. Maya smiled as she got down appreciating his kind and romantic gesture.
• "Are you ready for this? l could take you back if you're not," he asked, his eyes full of concern. Maya nodded as her heart fluttered at Jason's words, taking another deep breath."I'm ready," she said. Jason smiled as he bent down and carried Jayden who was smiling watching them the entire time, he walked to the front door as Maya walked behind him. Jason rang the doorbell, and the sound of footsteps could be heard coming from inside. Then the door opened, and Jason's mother pulled Maya into a tight hug with her face beaming with smiles, Maya hugged her back as a wave of relief washed over her face."It's so good to see you, please don't ever leave again."Jason's mother said as she tried to wave off the tears that were already threatening to fall from her eyes.
• "I'm here now, and I'm never leaving again "Maya promised. Jason's eyes gleamed on hearing Maya's words, he too would love to hear those words from her. Jason's mother pulled away from the hug as she turned her gaze to the cute little boy Jason was carrying, a smile crossed her lips as she noticed how the little boy looked exactly like Jason. Indeed! Blood is thicker than water she murmured aloud."He's so cute" She said as she carried Jayden from Jason's arms."Welcome home my boy," she remarked as her face was brimming with smiles
