Chapter 61 An Unexpected Friend

• "Why did you stop all of a sudden?" Isabel pressed, almost screaming from the unbearable tension. "Just tell me her name right now!" She stood up from her seat, stepping toward Arkan with her fists tightly clenched, no longer able to hold back the suffocating curiosity weighing on her chest.
• Arkan looked at her with eyes full of concern, clearly hesitant to continue, yet realizing Isabel deserved to know the truth as soon as possible. He took a long breath before finally going on. "Her name is Sarah. Sarah Kusuma."
• Isabel felt her world collapse upon hearing that name, her body stumbling back a few steps before she collapsed onto the edge of the long-unused bed. "That's impossible. Sarah is my best friend at college. We were even planning to room together next semester."
