Chapter 25 The Stakeout
- The next morning, the William residence was filled with activity far more planned than the previous night's panic. Aleksander gathered his team in the main study, a digital map of the apartment building where Diana Hartono had last been seen displayed on the large screen, every entrance and exit marked meticulously.
- The room was filled with the aroma of hastily brewed coffee, cups not yet touched sitting on the long table, silent witnesses to the sleepless night everyone present had just been through. Several security team members stood upright along the walls, their faces serious listening to every word coming from their leader's mouth.
- "We'll move in three small teams," Aleksander explained to his entire team, his voice firm and calculated. "The first team watches the main lobby, the second monitors the underground parking area, and the third stays on standby on Diana's floor. We only observe tonight—no direct contact, no reckless action."
