Chapter 33 First Instructions
- That night turned into a prolonged nightmare. The entire house was filled with tension, the security team working nonstop checking every camera recording, trying to find clues as to how the kidnapper could get in this far without being detected. Hour after hour passed with no meaningful result, a cold cup of coffee sitting untouched on Aleksander's desk, a silent witness to such a long and agonizing night.
- "The security system shows no breach whatsoever," the head of security reported, his face full of a confusion equal in size to his fear. "As though they knew exactly our patrol pattern, the time gap between each inspection round."
- He showed the camera footage on the large screen in Aleksander's study, replaying it repeatedly frame by frame, but not a single moment showed a suspicious figure entering the area. "It's as though they knew exactly where every camera was, and how to avoid it perfectly."
