- “I need to see them, Alex.” My fingers tightened around my brother's arm, desperation spilling into my voice as I bore down on him with a fierce urgency. A storm of uncertainty and longing brewed inside me; I couldn’t quite grasp what it all meant, but one thing was clear—I had to do this.
- “I know I want to see them. Nothing else will change it. I need to.” I demanded, and Alex hesitated, concern etched across his features.
