• Daniella had been a thorn in my side for as long as I could remember. Watching her act recklessly in front of the prince and Eliza had been infuriating. She was lucky she wasn’t dragged out and punished severely. I know we had made a difficult decision; letting her stew in that empty room was a mercy compared to what she deserved.
