• I stood in my shower staring at the wall. The conversation with Danzel was still playing in my mind. It wasn't Susan that I was texting to, it was my father. He wanted me to meet him. He wanted me to show the house where he was currently living in. We had met a couple of times in the last couple of days. But what the unsettling thing about it was that I had to lie to Danzel every time I would go out. He was also quite busy and would stay out all day which made it easier for me to go out without telling him. And lying to him when he asked me about the texts, and my father's name was the toughest thing. I wanted to tell him, I trusted him enough to tell but my father insisted on keeping his name a secret. I know that my dad had money to return to Danzel but I was sure that if I would try to convince him, he won't kill my father. But my father wouldn't budge. He said that Danzel's men are searching for him and that when he would repay the cash, I can tell Danzel. But I couldn't handle the guilt about lying to Danzel. Tomorrow when I meet my father I am going to tell him that I love Danzel and can't keep things away from him. I didn't want to lie to him. But I couldn't tell him that my father was Robert William. That he was the man who owed him money. I didn't understand that why my father would be so afraid of him. Danzel had a lot of money, I'm sure he won't mind if I tell him the real reason. Then why my father didn't want me to tell him the truth? Oh god, hiding the truth from him is more difficult.
