- I heard faint murmuring. The pain in my head echoed through the depths of my mind. I wanted to massage my head and squeeze it between my fingers to try and lessen the pain. The scrutinizing agony made me want to crawl somewhere safe, in the warmth I needed.
- My eyes fluttered open and I blinked them. My face was covered in sweat and my hands, I couldn't move them.
