- “You think I don’t know?” My voice was barely a whisper, but the weight of my words filled the room like a thunderclap. I stood in front of Kara, my body trembling with both fury and disbelief. “All this time, I thought you were my friend. But now I see you for what you really are.”
- Kara stood there, her expression unreadable. Her usual smirk was gone, replaced by something I couldn’t quite decipher. She didn’t flinch, didn’t move. If anything, she looked almost... calm. Too calm.
