• “Who is he?” Brandon asked when he saw Alaric joining Colton a few minutes later.
• “Lee’s friend,” Colton replied, to which Brandon, Calvin, Artemis, and Caroline, looked at Alaric from top to bottom because Laira had never had any friend in all her life. It wasn’t that she liked staying alone. It was just that no one could really accept her just for HER, not even her own twin’s sister.
• Alaric couldn’t understand why they were staring at him like he was an Alien. It was definitely something that he wasn’t expecting. After all, they were werewolves, and finding a vampire as their daughter or sister’s friend, they were more like shock rather than feeling disgusted or judging Liara for making him as her friend.
