Chapter 29

• When Theodore arrived, he found Liara sweating and shaking. Her heart was pounding loudly inside her ribcage, and she wasn't breathing evenly. Hell, she wasn't not even opening her eyes and was crying in pain and fear. He didn't have to study psychology to understand that she was having a nightmare, and the way she cried his name, even in her sleep, made him feel guilty for breaking her trust.
• Years back, people used to do that with him, which made him as cruel and heartless as he was now, and now history was repeating itself; the only difference was instead of him, Liara was in his place.
• "Hey!!" Liara whispered hoarsely, reaching near him. "I thought you won't come." She added and walked into the room on her bed and grabbed her teddy bear, hugging it tightly, trying to find some comfort. She wouldn't lie, but she wanted to hug that person who was the reason behind her broken state because sometimes only that person has the person to heal the pain that he or she has given. "...just like you didn't come last night to make up for the argument that happened between us." She continued.
