Chapter 23

• When Liara ran out of the cave, she realized that there were not just two vampires; two were waiting out of the cave. And everyone's scent was hidden; she knew that she didn't stand a chance in speed with them in human form. She quickly shifted and bit one of them when they approached to capture her and growled at the other, warning him to stay away, and then she started running toward the pack. To her horror, two vampires were already in her path to block her way. At that moment, she didn't have any other choice than to run in another direction; she just couldn't stop her paw. Otherwise, she would get caught.
• "I didn't let run toward the pack by using my power." The vampire standing near the cave said, who had the power to create multiple numbers of doppelgangers.
• "Good job!! I will teach that mutt a lesson before taking her to the Elder Ozul." Silas, the first vampire, said and touched his fingertips from where an electric spark came out. Saying this, he ran behind Liara.
