Chapter 14 Recuperating

• I've just finished my painting for that morning. My fingers were all black, pots of black and white paints scattered on the floor. I stepped back and amazed myself with the result. I felt complete and for the first time in days, I was starting to feel like myself. I was feeling more alive, more energized.
• I took a shower, put some clothes on, and decided to join Ann and Anthony for breakfast.
• "Lilian, how are you feeling honey?" Ann hugged me as she sees me walking towards the dining room.
