I lay in the bed next to Roman. I swear there is no place in this world I would rather be. I know that marrying him was the best thing that could have ever happened to me He is the love of my life. Reese and Thomas are a bonus. I love Reese like a sister. I know Roman is worried about her and her future. She has been broken so many times before. This time I think it is different. I believe everything will work out great for the two of them. I wish they would stay here with us for a while, but on the other hand, I am ready to have Roman all to myself. I have no regrets about helping Reese recover. I will always be there for her when she needs me, no matter what. Roman adores her, and I could never get in the way of that.
I lay my head on his chest. I never thought the day would come that I would be so in love with a vampire and married to one in a million years. He is my everything.
