Chapter 15

• Reese wakes up before Kat. She takes her blanket and covers Kat up with it. She has made her decision. She walks down the hall to her office. She takes a box out of the closet in the hall. She walks into her office and starts packing up her things. She takes out her company cell and puts it on the desk. She removes her company card and car keys from her purse and places them on the desk.
• Reese turns on her computer and forwards all her emails to Luca. She takes two pieces of paper off of the printer and pens a note for Kat. She spends time on it making sure Kat knows she is positive this is the right move. Luca’s note was much simpler.
• Reese takes out her cell and texts Roman to come to pick her up. While she waits she seals the envelope with Kat’s note puts it in her purse. She leaves Luca’s on her desk. Reese looks around the office to see if she left anything.
