  • The Eastern Metro’s chill this month could freeze a man solid. Neither Bellamie nor Gala had the slightest intention of stepping out of their warm, wooden cabin. The fireplace burned steadily, filling the room with comforting heat. Thanks to the supplies Dice had brought, they could survive here for months. Outside, the wind howled loud and fiercely, shaking the walls and hinting at the storm it carried.
