• “Krimson?” Melody’s eyes widened in shock as soon as I walked in through the front doors of my mansion, with an unconscious Lilac in my arms, wrapped in a small blanket. “What happened to her?”
• Not bothering to answer her questions, I headed towards the bathroom, laying Lilac down in the tub carefully, making sure that her body remained covered by the tiny cloth. She hadn't had any clothes on when I found her, telling me that she had shifted when she ran, but had ended up unconscious when her powers had ran out, leaving her exhausted.
