Chapter 18 Dinner

When we got to the restaurant, I was shocked by how fancy it was. It wasn't brightly lit. There were small candles on each table and small lamps above each seat. The windows were big and let in a lot of light. Currently, they depict the glittering night sky outside. A few people looked at us as we walked into the restaurant. It seemed like everyone knew Ashton, even though they didn't know he was an Alpha.
The host looked at Ashton with tense eyes and said, "Mr. River." But he looked surprised to see me with him. Perhaps Ashton never brought his girlfriends here.
