• They were in the midst of the journey when Ederic roused from his dazed state, finding Aaron at the wheel. The effects of the alcohol were still very much apparent in his actions, prompting him to squirm in his seat until he successfully maneuvered himself to the front seat beside Aaron. Despite Aaron's stern objection, Ederic responded with a mischievous grin, settling into the seat.
• However, Ederic's antics caused Aaron to abruptly hit the brakes as he lost his balance. "What are you doing, Ederic? Can't you see I'm driving?" Aaron's words were abruptly cut off when Ederic's lips met his own. Ederic began to suck gently on Aaron's lower lip, eliciting a surprised widening of Aaron's eyes. As Ederic continued to fumble in his attempt to get closer, he ended up on Aaron's lap.
