• He’d never kissed anyone before, ever. Griffin wasn’t sure what possessed him to grab her and kiss her. Yes, she had kissed him first, and he’d been shocked, then decided without thought he needed to do it again.
• Griffin licked his lips; her taste was gone, which wasn’t surprising; he had probably run his tongue over his mouth thirty times in the first few minutes after it.
