• I took a deep breath and quietly made my way back to the balcony. Renato's man was still torturing Glorie, and my stomach twisted with disgust. How could my cousin be so merciless? She had been loyal to him, too.
• I moved silently along the balcony, hoping to stay hidden, and luckily, I spotted Kane and Zane at the front entrance. Relief washed over me; I wasn’t alone against those bastards anymore. The twins exchanged signals, and I stayed alert, watching closely.
