Chapter 52

• "You choose yet?" His thick voice questioned me as a reply to my question. I looked over his shoulder and they were still laughing and discussing, did they seriously not notice that Uche wasn't sitting among them anymore?
• I looked away from them and back at Uche, but I got an unexpected kiss from him. His lips took mine in a way that I couldn't even refuse. I should push him away but his lips were like sugar so I let him go on.
• He separated our lips with a satisfied smile. I pouted to feign annoyance but he already could tell that I wasn't annoyed with his kiss. He knew I enjoyed it just as much as he did.
