• Ethurnail’s POV
• The sound of pounding hooves echoed around us. Racing the Equus caballus forward, with mud flying behind us. In the distance over the hill, shouts and clashing metal filled the air. At the top of the mound, a chaotic battlefield was before us. Zorvir and his forces were clearly outnumbered. They fought bravely but were overwhelmed by the advancing enemy. For every one of the enemies that fell, three of our own went down as well.
