Chapter 41 Jealousy
- Declan growled in frustration. His hands clenched tightly around the steering wheel before he slammed his fists against it several times. He deeply regretted his foolish decision to follow Julian’s car, only to discover that Julian really was taking Sarah to his family’s event.
- A sudden ache pierced Declan’s chest, as if he had been struck by a scorching hot ball. And there was the spoiled, affectionate side of her that she only ever showed when they were alone. Yet all those memories vanished the moment Julian’s words from that morning echoed in his head again.
