He deliberately asks that question so that Betty will drink the juice and everyone will know that himself and Betty have kissed before even though they have not start dating.
“What a question” one of guys said laughing then the guys start looking at the girls to see who Billy have kissed before but none of the girls drink the juice. Billy only wants to tease Betty and tell everyone that if they have not start dating, they have kissed before but Betty did not drink the juice too.
When Betty did not drink the juice, Billy stare at her but Betty immediately looks away.
