• Ariana's POV
• The moment that Dylan went out, I summon my inner strength and stood from were I had fallen, the driver tried to hold me but I angrily shrugged off his hands, I don't need anyone, the only thing I needed right now is for my dead father to come back to life, I ran into his hospital room just in time to see the nurses covering him with a white cloth so he could be moved into the morgue, no, I couldn't believe that my only parent is out of this world, he had never played the role of a father to me but after hearing what he had to say, I was the bad daughter here and not him, all I have ever done is caused him numerous pains, I sniffed as I slowly walked closer to his still form, tears flowed uncontrollably down my cheeks, my whole body was shaking, slowly, one step at a time, like someone in a trance I walked towards him, not saying a word to anyone in there, I held up my hand to still the nurse who was about to wheel him to the morgue, "are you sure he's dead, please have a recheck, my father cannot die, he can't just die and leave me with all my unanswered questions"
• A nurse tried to console me by placing her hand on my shoulders to offer her comfort, but I pushed her off, comfort wasn't what I wanted right now, I whirled on her, choking on my own sob, "I don't need your pity if you truly want to comfort me, then please do well to bring my father back, that's the only comfort I need right now, otherwise, just get out" they stared at each other, seemingly confused at whether to obey me or to remain in there with me, "I said leave, can't you hear? Leave, I want to be alone with my dad right now"
