- Dylan paced his office, he kept glancing at where Ariana would have been in her office but of cause, she wasn't there, did she want to quit now? He gritted his teeth as just the thought of that made his heart boil, "I won't let her leave just yet" he whispered fiercely, the thought of losing her for good was scarier than death, he had faced many difficulties and dangers in life and not once has he ever been afraid of anything, he always faced them Headon but he just doesn't know what to do about Ariana, the thought of losing her scares his pitiless, his wolf has not responded to him since that time at her house when she blatantly told him off, his wolf has been badly hurt by her words and Dylan wondered how they would be able to get out of this mess they were in, he grabbed his phone and punched her digits, grateful that he was able to get her phone the other day, although, she had at first rejected it but he wouldn't take no for an answer, he had told her to go throw it away if she didn't want it and she had reluctantly accepted it, right now, he was just grateful that he had a number to dial but his gratefulness soon wore off when he had dialed the number repeatedly and listen no it ring on the other end but no one was answering, "pick your damn call Ariana" he flung his phone in anger when after trying for the fifth time, she still refused to answer the call, he watched the phone shattered but that did not appeased his anger, "how could she?" She could at least pick to hear what he had to say, he pressed the intercom on his table, and almost immediately, his secretary answered, "I need my driver here, ASAP" he bit out and hung up, "since you've refused to come, I'll go and get you myself" his office line beeped just as the door opened to reveal his driver, he quickly pressed the speaker button, "Sir, the foreign investors are here already" his eyes widened at that remainder, damn, he had forgotten his appointment with them today, does the timing have to be when he wants to go pick up Ariana?
