Chapter 18

• Ariana's POV
• It takes a miracle for a werewolf to survive the poison from a wolfsbane, time was running out, if nothing is done, I could die here, just a few hours more, I would be dead. My body was on fire as heat poured out from my skin, my veins twisted painfully and they were as hot as hell, I was in hell, the poison would soon get to my heart and once it does, there would be no remedy, I had to do something but what could I do, my heart constricted painfully and I gasped for air, my throat felt sore and hot and I screamed in pain, I couldn't help screaming out occasionally, I coughed and I could feel the metallic taste of blood on my lips, only one person can help me now or I'm certain I to die, Damien from silver moon pack, my pack, I had kept in contact with him when I left my pack, he was the pack's doctor and has treated a few werewolves that had encountered wolfsbane, the quickest way to get to him will be through mind link but if I do send a mind link to him, the rest of the pack will know what happened which was the last thing I wanted, phone, I had to call him through the phone, I felt that same constriction on my chest and I coughed out, I could feel someone lifted my head as blood spilled out from my mouth, "phone" I managed to rasp and watched as Ariana quickly brought my phone, "call.....this number" it took almost another hour but I finally called the number for her to dial amidst my coughing and spitting out blood, I was struggling to stay awake but I kept drifting on and off.
• "Hello...., Can you hear me? can...." Ariana paced the tiny cabin, brows furrowed in worry as she tried to get reception, she turned to me, "the connection is bad, it got disconnected and he couldn't even hear me, what am I going to do now" she asked desperately, I was drifting out once more I  felt her tap my chin, "Stay with me Dylan, please keep your eyes open"
