• Ariana's POV
• immediately we entered his company, I felt the aura was not as it used to be, workers were staring at me discreetly, I could feel I met some of their eyes and they quickly averted it, they greeted Dylan politely as usual but their eyes were on me, what was going on, have they somehow found out about Dylan and me? I heard someone whisper "looked at her" and then hissed maliciously, Dylan must have heard that too because he suddenly stopped, his eyes blazed as he stared towards the direction of where the sound had come from, "who the hell did that?" He thundered, there was absolute silence, even a pin could be heard if it drops, they all stared at each other, fear clearly written on their faces, "do I have to repeat my question? The more I repeat it the more the consequences will be for whoever did that and if I don't get who did that, all of you here will have to pay on the behalf of that person" there were murmurs as eyes turned to a particular lady, she must be the culprit then, Dylan also noticed who they were staring at and his eyes zeroed on her, wide-eyed, she hiccuped twice out of fear as she slowly came forward, her legs shaky and she continued to clean her palms, they must be sweating also for sweats had already formed on her upper lips and another ran down from her forehead to her cheeks, the place was well ventilated and the air conditioner was on, yet this lady was sweating profusely under Dylan's glare, "I see you don't like your job anymore" she gasped at the question, the realization of what was about to happen to her hitting home, "please Sir, I very well like my job"
