• I knew I was taking a risk by going against him so openly but damn, I couldn't control my anger, I was so blinded by it that I acted on an impulse, to Ariana he is her love but to me, he's her biggest threat, I saw surprise flashed across his face when I seized him by the collar but it was immediately replaced by anger, I threw a blow at him but much to my chagrin, he easily dodged it, that moment, blinded by hatred and anger, yes, hatred was exactly what I feel for him, pure, undiluted hatred for this werewolf and it makes me mad that I can't kill him, at least, not in this lifetime and the reason for that is an age-long connection between the both of us, I could only inflict pain on him but I wasn't able to take his life, I lack the power for that, I threw caution into the wind and risk of being discovered, I decided to make some mantras of pain-inflicting spells.
