Chapter 22 Left Alone

• After taking the black coffee mug filled with black coffee, Athena carefully made her way toward Roman's cabin. She knocked two times as usual before making her way inside. Behind the black mahogany wooden desk, Roman was sitting quietly while typing on his laptop. He was wearing a black shirt along with a grey suit. Athena also noticed his grey blazer hanging on his chair. His whole focus was on the computer's screen. Without wasting any more time, Athena moved her legs in front of his desk and placed his coffee on it.
• "Here's your black coffee, sir," Athena spoke softly while placing it near him. Roman nodded while casting her a glance. He then took the coffee without removing his eyes from the computer before taking a sip. He seemed really busy.
• Athena stood there while debating with herself if it was the appropriate time to ask for a leave. Roman noticed her standing there while thinking of something. She was wearing a pair of black skirts and a beige sleeveless top. Her hair was twisted in knots while a few strands flew out here and there. She looked quite charming.
