• The sight of Elizabeth was driving me crazy… hell the mere thought of her was enough to send blood rushing to my lower region, I was a gentleman but not where she was concerned. She had me stuck in the eye of a needle but was blissfully unaware and ignorant of it, which did nothing placate my aches.
• I had tried avoiding her for these past few days by staying at the office till it was late and even visiting the club to check on their progress, something I delegated to Caleb, my assistant but even her scent lingered everywhere in the house.
