• CHAPTER TWENTY FOUR
• Elizabeth woke up with one of the most excruciating head ache of a lifetime and serves her right when she went ahead to drink so much knowing she could not handle it. She groaned unable to lift her body was the bed, it was that bad. The rapid pounding of her heart was the only movement being made as she lay there wondering how why she had taken so much wine.
• A knock on the door interrupts her fuzzy thoughts, she doesn’t answer not because she did not want to but because she could not get her mouth to work, her tongue felt really heavy and she could feel that she desperately wanted to throw up.
