Chapter 18 An Offer

• The next day, Ethan and I settled Ariana's appointments with the doctor, before Ethan went to work. They even said that we could take Ariana home, and I was surprised. I initiatially assumed that we were going to be staying there for the whole period of the treatment, as we mostly stayed there in the hospital that we were, before I came to find Ethan.
• Ethan assigned a driver to us, and told me that he would take me wherever I wanted to go. I appreciated it, as I didn't come with my car, and I was always wanted Ariana to be comfortable in whatever vehicle she entered. I knew that I was overreacting, but I was only a scared mother.
