Chapter 17 The Fight For Power

• Mayor Vic stepped out of the van on getting to the gas company he told the sheriff to wait for him in the car, holding his spare keys tight in his hand advanced towards the front gate suspecting foul play, only to be stopped by three fierce looking mob armed to the teeth.
• Vic should have backed off knowing fully well that he is not their match at all if a fight could happen that moment,he sneered, licking his split lip. “Hey what the hell are you doing there?”
• One of the mob, fat and huge with a mask on his face, one could easily tell by his look that he was the leader, he gave Vic a mocking look. “Mr man you better stop there.” He barked.
