Chapter 53 Ghost?!

• The way back had been distressing for Perez. With the revelation about Simon and Iolanda, Paola's suspicion, and seeing Cherry at the Muller's house with Nathaniel by her side, all joy vanished. Since his comment, Simon didn't say anything else, and she didn't start a conversation either.
• When they arrived at the apartment, Salvatore went to the office, and Paulina prepared dinner, bringing it to him knowing it would be pointless to call him to the dining room. As he recommended, she took some of her clothes and shoes to his closet, arranging everything in a remote corner away from the door in case Mirela entered.
• As she finished arranging, Simon surprised her by embracing her from behind and kissing her shoulder. She turned her face back, and he held her chin, kissing her slowly. His hands on her waist pulled the dress up, slipping underneath the fabric to caress her skin slowly.
