• Several hours later, at home, Poppy looked at her sister Aksa, who didn't need much preparation because everything had been taken care of by the wedding organizer. Aksa was wearing a long-sleeved batik shirt, her hair neatly done. Poppy glanced at the wall clock, which showed 6:00 PM.
• She saw her mother getting her makeup done by the wedding organizer's team at home. Her mother looked beautiful, with her hair in an updo. She also noticed that the maid was dressed up for the engagement, wearing a kebaya chosen by their mother. The maid had finished her makeup and looked lovely.
• "Miss Poppy looks so beautiful," the maid said, looking at her employer's daughter.
