• The busy traffic of Manhattan had made a siege on Eva's car. She was going home from a hectic day after managing to find herself the past few days. She still hasn't recovered from the thought of Denzel picking a housemaid over her.
• She still remembered that night as vivid as a clear sky. After they had the most explosive sex, Kate had interrupted with a buzz at the door of Denzel's house. And then like a man under the spell of an enchantress, Denzel had left her and ran after Kate almost naked. What is so special about her? she was just a maid or was she more? she thought to herself.
• Eva still wondered what was so wrong with her that Denzel has not been able to see her, she only wished he could just love her, or maybe even care for her a bit, or pretend to show he did.
