• It had been a few days after the death and burial of Mrs. Reeves. It had been a hard battle fighting cancer. She fought so hard to stay alive but death had other plans.
• Kate had found it very difficult ever since the demise of her mother. She felt the whole world had come crumbling down on her. She felt so miserable that she cried so hard ever since her mum’s burial and she hadn’t stopped ever since. She had called Denzel to tender her resignation but he had refused. He had told her to take as much time she needed to recover from her grief.
