Chapter 12

• Gina slowly limped back to the bed and took off all the bedsheets and the duvet. She held it on her hand and proceeded to the palace laundry yard, as soon as she got there, she met a lot of maids who were busy hand washing and spreading clothes. There was no laundry machine, just big wooden basins and buckets. Their attention diverted to Gina as soon as she stepped into the laundry yard, she could hear them whispering and murmuring among themselves.
• (She's a human----oh wow, I never knew humans were also this beautiful---her back is stained with blood!---)
• Gina could barely hear what they were whispering among themselves, but something told her that they were gossiping about her and probably making mockery of her, of course, her shirt was stained with blood and her hair was ruffled like that of a lunatic, that was enough reason for them to gossip about.
