Chapter 20 Dark Whispers
- The cold air seemed to freeze when the man said my name. I stood there, my heart racing, trying to figure out who he was. His glowing eyes locked onto mine, and I felt a wave of nausea.
- I took a small step back, moving closer to Julian, my only protection against this strange, threatening figure.
